WHO MAY ATTEND Any dance, musical theatre (song & dance), or acrobatics school may participate. Studio directors can email us to receive a registration package. SOLOISTS Dancers registered at participating studios can enter solos/duets with no current limit on entries. Each soloist must also be registered in group routines and have permission from their school to perform individual pieces. PHOTOGRAPHY INFORMATION For safety and to respect studio requests, video recording and flash photography are strictly prohibited. Participating dancers authorize the use of their image in Dance Summit and WISH publicity materials. Violations may result in group disqualification. MUSIC INFORMATION Teachers or studio representatives are responsible for music playback. CD and iPod connections will be provided; please bring a backup copy. PROP INFORMATION Studios may use general props but must manage them independently. Props must be listed in the registration, and studios are responsible for leaving the stage clean after each performance. ENTRY INFORMATION & FEES

Non-Refundable Fees: Entry fees are non-refundable unless the event is full.
Please make checks payable to WISH Event Promotions. Bank money orders or certified checks are recommended, with a $50 fee for NSF checks. All fees are per person, per entry.

Mail: Official entry forms (photocopies allowed) must be completed for each routine.
ADDITIONAL ENTRY INFORMATION Entries are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, with limited space available. Early bird and pre-season registrations must be postmarked by October 31 and December 1, respectively. Late entries may incur additional fees. FOR TEACHERS, STUDENTS & PARENTS
Re-Dances for Technical Issues: Routines may be repeated if stopped by judges or staff due to technical issues. Dancers may redo routines up to level 2 if they forget choreography.
Scheduling: All routines must follow the schedule. Dancers should be ready 30 minutes early and may need to perform ahead of schedule.
Dance Off (Out of Category): In exceptional cases, routines performed out of category will receive adjudication comments and a medal only, without ranking or cash awards.
AGE & LEVEL LIMITS Age is calculated as of March 1 of the current season. Levels are based on average years of dance training, excluding training before age 6. See registration package for complete details. FAMILY-FRIENDLY CONTENT Dance Summit/WISH events are family-friendly. Please ensure all routines are suitable for all audiences. MEDAL STANDINGS Refer to the registration package for scoring information. TEACHER-ONLY CRITIQUE Judges may provide teacher-only feedback on specific dancers, costumes, or choreography.
